Option Two – Pig Roast with American Fare
Enjoy a succulent slow roasted pig on site, carved in front of you and your guests.
2-hour Pig Roast with American Fare also includes:
- Whole Roasted Pig, Chicken Teriyaki, Kansas City BBQ Sauce, Mustard BBQ Sauce, Rolls and Butter
- Includes Burgers and Beef Hot Dogs for two hours
- 2 hot or cold sides (see below)
- 1-hour additional with the Pig Roast and 2 more hot or cold sides.

10 oz. Strip Steak served hot off the grill, Baked Potato, Corn on the Cob, Fresh Rolls, Tossed Salad. This option also includes 2-hour Hamburgers/Hot Dogs plus 2 sides with condiments.
